Jaipur, Jan 25 (PTI) -- Internet giant Google may
have threatened to quit the booming Chinese
market over censorship issues, but a leading
Tibetan poet-activist says that greedy global
corporates and leaders have "sold out" his
Himalayan homeland for greater material gains in China.

Discussing the increasingly solo struggle of
Tibetans against what they term as "Chinese
occupation", Tsundue said Google was just one of
the many corporates which had fallen to the
"greed" of the vast market offered by China and
entered the country on the terms of the ruling Communist regime.

"Many international corporations only care about
making money in China, which is a huge market, it
is through the support of these corporations that
the corrupt Chinese Communist Party stands," Tsundue charged.
