Dalai Lama condemns Mumbai terror attacks

The spiritual leader Dalai Lama has condemned the recent trerrorist attack in Mumbai. Talking to newspersons at Dharmashala in Himachal Pradesh, he said that non-violence is the biggest strength of Indian culture and India should spread out this ancient culture of peace, religious tolerance and non- violence as these values are more relevant in this strife-torn world. Appreciating the model of democracy adopted by India, the spiritual leader said that this system paves the way for justice for the people.
 
Earlier, Dalai Lama was honoured at the state asssembly premises in Dharmashala by the speaker Tulsi Ram.
