Banff Mountain Film Festival visits Durham

Join Avis Goodwin Community Health Center when the Banff Mountain
Film Festival World Tour brings the spirit of outdoor adventure to
the Seacoast, at the UNH Whittemore Center in Durham, on Feb. 17.
This year's tour features a collection of inspiring and
thought-provoking action, environmental, and adventure mountain films
ranging in length from three to 26 minutes. Just announced, this
year's lineup of films includes:

"The Africa Revolutions Tour" -- Journey with this group of friends
on an ambitious and dangerous kayaking expedition in eastern Africa.

"Shining Spirit" -- Filmed in Canada, India and Tibet, "Shining
Spirit" documents a recording project that is a testament to the
power of music, the resilience of the Tibetan culture, and the
enduring bond of a family separated by politics and geography.

"Hunlen," "Kranked: Revolve," and "The Ultimate Skiing Showdown"
Tickets for the only Seacoast area stop are on sale now and all
proceeds benefit Avis Goodwin Community Health Center.

Doors open at 6 p.m., films begin at 7 p.m. Get your tickets today.
