A treasure Tibet is to China
But a locked up treasure
That is treated like trash
When O when
Will China learn
That a treasure as precious as Tibet
Requires respect and care
And the freedom to display its worth

India doth wisely realize
What a treasure we are to her
And doth treat us with respect and care
And doth give us the freedom
To display our worth
