Sikyong Dr.Lobsang Sangay has concluded his visit in Ottawa.
Dr. Sangay has been invited to testify in front of the Subcommittee on international human rights of the Canadian parliament. During his visit, Dr. Sangay has also met with MP’s from the Parliamentary Friends of Tibet group, Canada’s Minister of Immigration, Multiculturalism and Citizenship, M. Jason Kenney and the Official Opposition Leader, Mr.Thomas Mulcair.
