The Dalai Lama's envoy claims that "concrete proposals" have been
made during talks between Tibet's exile government and Chinese officials.
Lodi Gyari, a special envoy for the Tibetan spiritual leader, said
the proposals made at weekend talks in China can be part of a future
agenda for discussions on Tibet.
He did not provide any details of the proposals in a written
statement released from the Indian town of Dharmsala, the seat of the
Tibetan government in exile.
