Dharamshala: With the aim to develop a comprehensive database of the educated and trained Tibetans in different specialized fields of professions and learning, the department of education of the Central Tibetan Administration, is conducting a worldwide survey to assess human resource capital in the Tibetan community in exile.
The administration aims to utilize the vast pool of talented and skilled manpower for its development.
Tibetans, who have obtained Doctor of Philosophy (PhD); Master of Philosophy (M.Phil); Master or equivalent in any field of study; degree in western and traditional medicines, Engineering, Agriculture Sciences, Pedagogy; Accountancy, Commerce or in any other specialized fields of learning, are required to fill up an online survey form available on (www.tcewf.org).
The forms could be send to the education department through concerned settlement office, offices of Tibet and local Tibetan associations which ever is relevant or directly to the department at education@gov.tibet.net, before 30 April 2009.
