Mustang - Journey of Transformation, a documentary film by Will Parrinello, was screened Sunday at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York city. Richard Gere, who lent his voice for the film’s narration, attended the final screening on the closing day of the festival to help garner attention to the Tibetan culture of Mustang.

The filmmaker is currently looking for distributor for the film. Filmmaker Will Parrinello explores the efforts to strengthen and sustain 15th-Century Tibetan culture through support and historical restoration of Tibet's sacred sites. (Watch the trailer here.) Other voices in the film include His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the King of Mustang, and Luigi Fieni, the chief art restorer.

Parrinello has made documentary films for over two decades, and has worked as a director, a producer, an editor, and a director of photography.
