Three Tibetan youths have been sentenced to jail
terms of three to four years in Zoege (Chinese:
Ruo’ergai) County of Ngaba (Chinese: Aba)
Prefecture in Sichuan Province on May 7 for
unknown but suspected to be politically related
charges, according to Oslo-based Voice of Tibet May 10.
While Jampel, 29, and Lama, aged 23, brother
belonging to the Chashang Taringtsang family,
were jailed for four years each, Namkho, 27, of
Chashang Kyajigtsang family received three years.
