This is a Theravada Buddhist Meditation Centre, established 0n August 1st, 2006 under the guidance of Ven. Bhikkhu T. Seelananda (Sri Lankan) , the Abbot of the Centre. Meditation and Dhamma classes are conducted by the Abbot everyday from 7:00pm-9:00pm in English. The centre is open from 7:00am- 7:00pm everyday except Thursday.
