The TCA Dance Group is comprised of several former members of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts in Dharmasala, including its primary opera star, Phurbu Tsering. These together with other Tibetans from the Quebec region have performed in the North Eastern United States and all over Canada including the Drummondville Folk Festival, the Vancouver Folk Festival, the Royal Ontario Museum and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
