Tibetan language videos bridge understanding

August 17, 2012 - Human Rights in China (HRIC) has added Tibetan subtitles to the following two videos which we recently produced. We hope these translations and other forthcoming projects will provide bridges for better communications and understanding between the Tibetan and Han peoples.
